Sunday's the one this week. Head-high to overhead sets at 1.7m, a light offshore from the ESE, and a 10-second period that'll give the banks something to work with. The rest of the week is mostly onshore and mid-sized, with Thursday the only other day worth circling. Water temp data isn't available this week, but it's late September: wear a 4/3.
Beginners – La Sud: Thursday's your best shot. Light offshore, waist-to-shoulder sets, and a forgiving tide window around the morning high at 04:40. The rest of the week is onshore and messy; sit those out.
Intermediate – La Centrale: Thursday looks clean enough for a decent session, 1.3m sets with a gentle east offshore. Sunday's swell will be too much for most of La Centrale; it'll be closing out in sections by mid-morning.
Experienced – La Gravière / Les Estagnots: Sunday. Head-high to overhead, light ESE offshore, 10-second period. High tide is at 07:10, so get in early and work the two hours either side before the banks fill in. Saturday's also head-high but onshore; skip it unless you don't mind the chop.

Dry all week, with Thursday spiking to 33°C before things settle back to the mid-twenties. Light winds throughout, so no drama on that front. Nights are still cool enough to need a layer, especially early in the week when it's dropping to 12°C.

This week: Le Surfing for lunch. Order the tuna tataki, eat it on the sand, and don't rush back. It's the kind of place that makes sense after a morning session, not much else. Worth knowing it closes for the season end of October, so you've still got a few weeks. Around €25–40 a head.
