Monday and Tuesday are the cleanest days of the week, with light offshore winds and shoulder-to-head sets. After that the wind swings cross-shore and the swell builds messily through Thursday before dropping off by Sunday. Water temp data isn't available this week, but it's late September: wear a 4/3 minimum, probably with boots if you feel the cold.
Beginners: La Sud is workable Monday and Tuesday with 1.3–1.5m sets and a forgiving tide window. High tide Monday is at 08:00, so aim for the two hours either side of that. From Wednesday on, the cross-shore wind chops things up and the swell gets too big to be fun for learners. Sit those days out.
Intermediate: La Centrale is worth checking Monday and Tuesday while the offshores hold. By Thursday, 2m+ sets with cross-shore wind is a different proposition entirely. Friday (Saturday's data, days 6–7, treat as best-guess) looks like it drops back to a manageable 1.5m with light easterly wind, which could be a decent late-week window.
Experienced: Friday is the one to watch. Thursday builds to 2.2m sets at La Gravière with a 10.7-second period, but the ENE cross-shore keeps it messy. Saturday morning, with the swell easing to head-high and a light ENE breeze, could produce cleaner faces. Monday and Tuesday are also solid: clean offshores, punchy 1.5m sets, not maxing.
