Slim week. The swell is minimal across the three days we have data for, with onshore winds making things messy. Thursday through Sunday data is unavailable and will update as the forecast firms up. No wetsuit note this week as water temp data isn't in yet, but it's late June so a 3/2 or even a shorty should be fine.
Beginner (La Sud): Monday is your best shot, with knee-to-thigh sets and a light westerly onshore. It's not clean, but it's manageable and the size is right. Wednesday has similar height but the wind picks up and the period drops to 5 seconds, so it'll be choppy and weak. Tuesday is barely worth paddling out.
Intermediate (La Centrale): Honestly, not a week for it. The swell is too small and the onshore wind kills any shape. If you're here and itching to surf, Monday morning before the wind builds is your window. Keep expectations low.
Experienced (La Gravière / Les Estagnots): Skip it. Nothing here warrants the paddle. Come back when there's a proper NW groundswell with some period behind it.

Serious heat this week, with Monday touching nearly 40°C and the rest of the week staying well above 30°C. Light winds all round, so there's no sea breeze to save you in the afternoon. Get on the beach early, keep sunscreen close, and drink more water than you think you need.

Nothing confirmed at Le Tube for the week of 22–28 June. The season programme does have some good names on it — Muse, Manu Chao, The Cure, Feu! Chatterton, Gorillaz among them — but dates aren't locked in yet. Keep an eye on the Le Tube programme for updates.
Nothing lands in the next seven days. The closest thing on the radar is the Shaw and Partners World Ocean Series – Hossegor Classic, which kicks off on 4 July. Worth keeping an eye on if you're around then.

Pelote basque tournament, ongoing through 2 July, Trinquet de Soorts-Hossegor. The summer series is in full swing. Worth watching a session if you haven't seen it played live.
Les Halles Gourmandes, Friday 26 June, 18h–22h30. Street food market, runs every Friday evening through the summer. Good option before or instead of a restaurant.
Marché Saisonnier, Wednesday 25 June and Saturday 28 June, 9h–13h30, town centre. First mention this month: the seasonal market is now running multiple days a week. Produce, local goods, gets busy by 11.
Petit Market at Jo&Joe, Sunday 28 June, 11h–17h. Small makers market at the Jo&Joe hostel. Relaxed, worth a wander if you're around.
