Monday's the one window worth circling. Light SSE offshore, 2m sets with the odd 3m one coming through, and high tide at 09:49 giving you a clean morning session before the wind swings onshore. After that, it's a pretty scrappy week: WSW onshore winds dominate Tuesday through Sunday, with swell staying in the thigh-to-waist range for most of it. No wetsuit data in the feed this week, but it's July in the Landes, so a shorty or nothing depending on your cold tolerance.
Beginners. Monday morning at La Sud before 10am is your best bet all week. Small, manageable sets and barely any wind. Once the onshore fills in Tuesday onwards, it gets choppy and harder to read. Stick to the early mornings if you're going out mid-week, and manage your expectations.
Intermediate. La Centrale on Monday is worth it: 2–3m sets, light wind, high tide at 09:49 so aim for 08:00–11:30. Tuesday bumps up to waist-to-chest but the WSW onshore makes it messy. Sunday's the next size-up day (waist to shoulder, 3–4m max) but WNW onshore at 15 knots with gusts to 18 means it'll be blown out.
Experienced. La Gravière on Monday morning if you're up for it: offshore, some size, not maxing. The rest of the week is onshore mush until Sunday, when there's genuine size (3m, touching 4m) on a NW swell with a 6-second period. It won't be clean, but if you don't mind the chop and want the paddle, Sunday afternoon around low tide at 09:27 could throw up something worth riding.

Hot and dry through Friday, with Wednesday and Friday both pushing 35°C. Bring high-factor sun cream and get on the beach before noon. A front clips Saturday, dropping temps and bringing a bit of drizzle, but it clears by Sunday.
No VO or VOSTFR films confirmed this week. Everything showing is VF — worth knowing before you make the trip.
